GNAT Tracker is a secure, web-based interface that allows GNAT Pro subscribers to monitor their individual account information, submit and track questions (tickets) relating to the use of GNAT Pro or Ada, view the complete history of these tickets, and easily download answers or resolutions to issues raised. GNAT Tracker uses certificate-based encryption for all material, whether uploaded or downloaded, ensuring maximum security for customer data. The enhancements to GNAT Tracker were heavily guided by customer input and opinions.
